As it is said in my biography, I moved to Phoenix in Summer of 2006 and even before then I knew about the Arizona Hardcore Junkies (ACHCJ). At that time, composed of: Cik, Cap, Buddah, Poss, Sinobyte, Flatine, Deadnoise, Mayhem, Forsaken Is Dead, Nexone and Habikki, they were the dominating force in the non UK Hardcore scene in Arizona. A crew and family for over 10 years, they are still going strong and pushing Hardcore even further in Arizona and pushing themselves around the world.

Rewind a few months.

Rumors have been floating around that the Hardcore Junkies were looking to add some new members to their ranks. A few names were tossed around but for the most part everything was hush hush. I received a call from Mayhem asking about about the usual stuff, DJing, design and music in general when he then asked me about my affiliation and what I would think about joining the junkies. I of course told him about how I used to speak with Buddah about it and how it would be an amazing opportunity to join and be a part of that family. I didn’t think much of the call at that time and continued on with my life as usual.

Cap called me a little later that month and asked the same question. It was at that time I knew something was up. Cap then explained that I was one of the people that Cik and the rest of them were looking to add to their roster. I was, of course, excited to hear this news but still kept a level head on the fact that I knew it was all discussion at this point.

Once all the rumors started to settle down I found there was another DJ on the list to join the ranks of the Junkies. Cee-li. I wasn’t sure at the time if it was a competition of any kind or what was going on. had a lot going on in my life at that time and honestly, didn’t pay much attention. After that, however, everything just kinda went silent until Tuesday, February 10 when Cik texted me asking if I was down to join. I accepted the offer and I am now officially an Arizona Hardcore Junkie. I know that with an affiliation like this I can only push myself farther than before and I hope I can help the Hardcore Junkies out as much as possible to help promote them to go even further than now..

 It’s only the fourth week in January 2009 and I already have a large list of bookings for this year. The list is only set out until May as well. So far I have 10 bookings all in the next 4 months or so and I only have you, the fans, to thank. With out your amazing support, I would not be where I am today and I know I am only going to continue to grow.

Militant Mindset Volume 3 has been postponed indefinitely. I might not even release a third in the series. I will, however, be releasing more mixes outside of the series. So keep a look out for those soon! You can still expect the same intense mixing you’ve come to know from me. My mix from the Hard Axis radio show will also be posted soon!
